Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policies

Returns
Circle Me will accept any returns if the product is new unused/unwashed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit minus shipping charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes Gift Cards, Goods such as food, some health and personal care items and/or products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

For all issues concerning any manufacture defects in a product please refer to the manufacture website for warranty and return information. Examples of products being any cloth diaper or baby carrier brand that we stock.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you notification by email concerning the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus any shipping or partiality applicable per above statements) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours of inspection date. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours after our email notification stated above:

1. Check your bank account, paypal account  or credit card statement again.
2. Then contact your bank, paypal, or credit card company, it may take longer before your refund is officially posted on your account to see if the refund is in process.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your official statement. 
3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@circleme.me.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as long as you have already gone through the appropriate steps as specified per vendor.  If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at info@circleme.me. We will then contact you about completing your exchange. All exchanges must be made withing 30 days of purchase and will only be completed once we have received the items you wish to exchange back on site. Ship original item in original packaging, not used, and free off damage to:  Circle ME, 3120 O Street, Suite B1 Lincoln Nebraska US 68510.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned  or exchanged item.

Cancellation of order

If you cancel your online purchase within 24 hours of the time your transaction was completed there is no restocking fee. Any transaction cancelled after 24 hours of completion will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee charged at time of refund. If you would like to cancel an online purchase that has already been shipped, then that is considered a "return" and you are responsible for returning the item(s) directly to Circle ME. Upon receiving the item(s), Circle ME will follow the above return policy of inspection and notification. Per our return policy, once the item has been approved for return, a refund will be issued to you minus the shipping fee associated with the original postage paid by Circle ME.
